In 1976, I purchased my first Shetland Sheepdog, Katy. It was, however, the Sheltie that joined me in 1982 that was the love of my life. Snowcrest Autumn Aurora "Jumper" came to me from my friend, Sue Altmeyer. Sue had bred her female to my all time favorite Sheltie, Ch. Windhover Sweet Music Man. Jumper was with me for 17 wonderful years and her temperament is what I seek in every Sheltie I meet.
For nearly 25 years I have had a Sheltie at my side. They are special and wonderful friends. All breeding animals are tested for: OFA hips, elbows, thyroid, cardiac, CERF and VwB. See Canine Health page for details.

There is nothing cuter than a Sheltie puppy! Puppies at Moonstruck are handled and socialized from birth. Visitors are encouraged and puppies are exposed to new people, new places, car rides and other dogs. Solid temperaments are a must and all puppies go home as well-adjusted, out-going dogs.
A playful pup, Moonstruck "Murphy" - doing what she likes best - "Let's play ball!"
Just one example of a happy, well-adjusted Moonstruck dog. This is "Tucker" with his mom, Linda Staehle.
See many of our puppies and their new families on our Friends and Fairytales page.
